Technology, equipment:
Aside from ifs regular underwater construction machinery and tools equipment, Submar is particularly well equipped for wet-suit diving and working underwater down to 100 m. All the work is done from two main vessels, a self-powered pontoon crane and a diving ship. Company divers use helium mixtures in full-face masks. They are constantly controlled by a computer system with specialized software monitoring their safety, and a closed audio/video circuit with continuous recording.
